EEK! young kid

whilst my family where out two young children 6and 4 came onto our drive and climed onto the roof of or second car one of them fell of and fractured his arm there is small damage to my car but is mother has now sent us a letter from her solicitor stating they are claiming against me

Sue her for the damage; you did not have anything that attracted the kids etc. and you are not liable.
