Angry Destroying landscaping....help!

I have a neighbor who is continuly destroying landscaping (fig vine) on a cinderblock wall that divides the two properties. I keep putting it back, but it\'s starting to ruin my plants. Is there anything that I can do to stop this? She has never discussed this with me personally. Evidently, she has killed other trees via chemicals, \'because they were dropping leaves on her vehicles\'. This was proven by a master gardner. The wall may be on her property line, we are not certain. How may I get her to stop? Thanks

That is illegal--take her to small claims for damages.

She can only trim back to her property line--no more.

Angry Re: Destroying landscaping....help!

Thank you. It's getting worse, now she called Animal Services on my Golden Retriever that is kept in her secure kennel while I am at work. The Animal service is alleging that the dog does not have a current license. They are supposed to send out reminders. Now how would they know that if the dog is securely in her pen? They would have to go onto my property, I know they did because they tied a rope around her gate, and left a notice on my door. This situation is getting worse, any ideas? Could I consider this harassment? Have a cease and desist letter sent to her?
