Question mr

I live in a private road we have the right of way in our deeds there are 11 houses in our road the road is not made up and is full of pot holes, the owners that are registered must be well dead but are still registered as owners, who is responsable if any one has a accident on our road, can I or any other person that lives in our road claim the land outside our property and if we did would we be responsable for the upkeep there is only room for one car to drive down the road and has no pathway

Default Re: mr

They are if they enter without your permission but you can be liable if you invite them on to the property through that route.
