Default Common wall

Hello. I had construction done on my home which included a new cinder block common wall around the perimeter of my property which I paid for on my own. My neighbors did not contribute one dime. One if my neighbors continuously threatens me to sue me for she says that she is not satisfied with the aesthetics of the wall ( the joints between the cinder blocks have a little excess cement on them). Also, I have some plants that are along the wall and when I water them a bit of water enters her yard from a joint that is missing some cement. I have offered to fix the problem but she won't allow me in her property. Does she have a case or is she just trying to intimidate me? Please, any help is really appreciated.

If the wall is on your property she cannot do anything about it unless it eg violated zoning or code rules.

Actually, the wall was constructed on both property lines. Of course, I had all neighbors sign a notarized letter stating that they had no objection to the construction of the common wall which was to be made of cinder blocks and have a height of six feet.

Them you might argue they waived rights to object and the wall is to be treated as if it were solely on your property...unless you all agreed otherwise.
