motor cycle race track 75 ft from my house.
i live in jones county texas. what are my rights concerning my neighbor building a motorcycle dirt bike motocross race track 75 ft from my bedroom?
he plans on making this a commercial race track. the noise and dust is a real problem.. is there a texas law that regulates shuch tracks??? |

You may ask the zoning board to prevent it--or file in court for the damage his construction would do to your property value, and normal use etc.
