Confused Nosey neighbors

Neighbor thinks that a business is being ran from our house and has called city of phx.
We live one a 2 acre lot and do have commercial vehicles from our company and other things to do w/ the company. We have a 6 ft block wall enclosing the entire property [except in the front where it is only 3 ft have and plan on placing rod iron in between the columns]. We moved in at the end of May and have landscaped the yard, refaced the house w/ stone and stucco and painted. [Walls are also painted same color]. It looks great! Most neighbors have come by to welcome us to the neighborhood and say what a wonderful job we've done.
Anyway, next door - neighbors standing on a ladder and are taking photos and videotaping employees when they are landscaping (working) on our property to improve our lot. The city has come and done an inspection, no violations were done and will come back in a few months to follow up. We also had a problem w/Maricopa County Dust Control
when we first moved in and were moving a lot of dirt in order to plant sod where irrigation flows.

Default Re: Nosey neighbors

That sounds like a hassle but it is not strictly illegal at this point.

If it continues you could file for a restraining order arguing he is violating your privacy by reaching over fences etc. to video you--some police depts will warn neighbors not to do that.

But it may be easiest just to ignore him and keep a record of complaints that you can show the city or others if he calls again.
