Handicap Parking Abuse

We live in a neighborhood where parking is limited. A neighbor has handicap signs in front of their house and does not park there so the handicap spot is not used.

You might want to simply report this to your local law enforcement (police department) and/or municipal government (i.e. code officer). A simple phone call should suffice, and then it's in their hands to address the situation. Hope it gets resolved properly. AJJ

We have a similar problem. Our neighbor has a handicapped space in front of his residence but he parks in front of our house, so we can't. We can't park in front of his house because were not handicapped and he knows it and theres nothing we can do.
