I recently returned from FL to find that my neighbors had torn down the old fence and cut large areas (branches were cut off down to the trunks) were cut out of five large arborvitas that had been planted along the old fence more than 10 years ago. The beauty of these trees have been greatly diminished not to mention the value as some are well over 20 ft. tall. Is there anything that I can do??
