Angry Renters not controlling themselves, or their kids & other neighborly issues

I have tried very hard since moving in to just let everyone live their own life, even if that has meant putting up a temporary fence within our own property line to avoid our child coming into contact with a neighbor's (whom I shall refer to as neighbor A -home owner's) dilapidated fence that falls apart each time their lawn care guy bangs on it with the mower and/or weed-eater leaving huge holes that THEIR dog aggressively tried to come through and also leaves these holes allowing my small child access to their in-ground pool that is no more than 20 feet away from our porch. I have also not yet complained to the city regarding neighbor A's drainage that is very obviously directed to our yard, flooding our back porch and ground every time it not only rains, but they drain their pool or run their garden hose. The drainage issue has created a swamp area we cannot even use and enjoy in our own backyard as well as damaged patio furniture and the area around our patio doors. Nor have I complained to neighbor A about their loud, rude and often intoxicated family that visits daily.

Now on to neighbor B. The renters. This family has just moved in, hasn't even been here 2 months and already their children have been outside playing on school nights until past midnight, yelling and screaming, they have climbed our tree which is completely on our property ripping large branches down, they are constantly in our yard outside our kitchen window playing (NO WHERE in view of their parents), they have jabbed my youngest child in the stomach with a stick leaving a large scratch/welt, and they have been throwing rocks over the fence and sticking toys and sticks through the fence teasing my dog, not to mention the constant banging on the fence each time they run past it or the screaming of my dog's name non-stop. The last straw was the drunken get together they had recently that was well on it's way to lasting all night with hooting and hollering and kids screaming and running loose in the street, the smallest ones were crying their little hearts out they were so tired and needed to be in bed and not dragged outside so their parents could party in the street and drink beer. After trying nicely to ask them to please quiet it down, my kids were asleep, I was met with 3 very drunk and belligerent 'adults' telling me they were grown parents and could do as they please.

I am fed up with being nice and holding my tongue. What legal recourse do I have against these people?

You can call the police and file a report for the noise as a first step. They likely are violating city ordinances.
