Angry disposal of industrial wastes in our locality
There is industrial land besides my house and all the industrial wastes are dumped in that place without any proper treatment.Inspite of many appeals to the owner of the industry he is not responding .In this situation what kind of legal action can be taken against the owner?

Notify your city council and/or county commissioners immediately.

Also the city attorney,

All of that requires permits which the waste-dumper may not have.
