fallen tree
if a tree falls on a neighbors fence due to an ice/snow storm, are we required to fix his fence? We are willing to remove the tree after the weather ;permits, but he says this is unacceptable. The tree was uprooted and no previous sign or question about health of tree or fear of tree falling was expressed.

No--not if it is an act of God.
He normally has to clean it up himself. |
