Exclamation Towing neighbor's car away

Can you have your neighbor's car towed away if she parks in your driveway?

Is it legal?

Thanks

It wouldn't be very neighborly, so I would first suggest talking to your neighbors and trying to cut a deal with them. IMHO

Consult your city's bylaws and or ask for police aid. In any event it is your property and the other has no legal right to be there. I do however suggest as another poster recommended a quiet and friendly neighborly request to remove it first.
