neighbors mess

New York State zip code 12306... I spent several 1000's last year to remove all trees from my property, as I have nieither the time nor desire to do yardwork. My neighbor's tree drop leaves to cover my yard. Can I quickly take a blower and return them to their yard or another way of making it their job and not mine?

Normally unless the trees are unsafe or damaging all parties share in the burden of leaves, twigs etc. Even if the trees are not on your property.

Most courts would not view blowing the leaves into another yard, even theirs, as a great idea.
