When I was cutting my grass today, I saw 10 inch divots in my yard. They were tandem tracks; the divots are 15 feet long.
My neighbor has a flag lot. I know this individual was the one who decided to back up and put these huge divots in my lawn. My driveway is damaged as well. The macadam is a little torn up from the tandem trucks. Who do I notify in this instance? |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
