Confused Surveillance signs scaring away prospective tenants

I have a rental property that I am having a hard time renting out because of a neighbors signs.

The neighbor has conspicous surveillance cameras mounted around his property -- I've asked him to remove the signs because of me not being able to rent my property out but he has declined saying he has to think of his family's safety first. Is there any way I can force him legally to remove the signs?

He owns his property outright so there is no landlord for me to turn to. This is in the city and there are no laws/ordinances against his signs. If not then can someone advise me as to what the potential causes of actions I may have?

A court can still order that his behavior is damaging your property value. And order him to stop.

But you indeed may have to argue out the issue. Reaching agreement if possible would be easier.

If he has cameras, he is generally bound by law TO POST signs. You are affecting his property value by renting your property. Maybe if you agreed to do background checks he would reduce the amount of signs. YOU CANNOT force him to do anything! jerk
