Cool JELENA FROM SERBIA

No one here in Serbia, any lawyer or similar, does not know to tell me HAS ONE PERSON RIGHT TO MAKE HIS NEIGHBOR`S COURTYARD ENTER CLOSED BY NEW BOUNDARY. A new boundary has put recently, more than 20 years after the old one. By this new boundary, the enter in the courtyard, that also has existed more than 20 years, does not exist anymore because of the new boundary.
SERBIAN JUDGMENT JUDGED WHERE THE NEW BOUNDARY SHOULD BE PUT, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ENTER OF THE NEIGHBOR? And I appreciate if you also tell me, If there is the answer, where can I find THAT ANSWER in Serbian Low, BECAUSE, NO ONE IN SERBIA CAN TELL ME, WHETHER OR NOT, IS THERE IN SERBIAN LOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ONES RIGHT TO CLOSE SOME ONE ELSE`S COURT YARD ENTER?

IN ANY CASE, THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH
