Default Fence

Neighbor put up a wood fence. No permit issued. Higher than 6 ft. Possibly due to the pitch of the yard. Shoddy job, nails exposed on our side, attached to poles from old chain link fence. Dirt, patio blocks from their side fall into our yard.
