My yard is kept very nice and my next door neighbor is a slob and has a very nasty looking yard that looks like a cow pasture.
He likes to cut into my yard and make a tire track and I was told by another neighbor that he thinks there is an easement in front of everyone's house and he can ride on that if he wants to. I'm dealing with a 10th grade dropout and the house was bought by his parents. He knows nothing about being a good neighbor. So, I bought some military road stars and welded them to a plate and put them under the grass where he likes to cut through my property. No luck yet but the spikes on these stars will ruin a tire. I'm waiting. He's come close but no sucker yet. They just blend with the grass and are not noticeable. Question: If he hits the road stars and ruins his tires can he do anything to me? Is there some liability here? Is there really an easement he can ride on in front of the house? |
