Private Drive
Private drive has been there for 25 years. Thought I owned part of the road (bad survey) for 10 years. Put a joining road to the private drive and used it for around 3 years. The private road has a state name and roadsign. New survey by neighbors showed that I didn't own any of the road. What are my rights.

You might have acquired the rights/ use by adverse possession--have a real estate lawyer review your usage and history and give you an opinion.
