Confused Work based Green Card application & termination of work

Dear Sir/Madam

My company applied for my green card-- EB3 Indian citizen- (priority date Jan 2003) and the I140 is approved, I131 i approved, I765 is approved. I have a advance parole and EAD card that is valid till Oct of 2008. However, my employment is terminated due to lay offs.
Can I re-enter the US after termination? Does the company inform INS of termination immediately- how does it work?
Also, my husband is green card holder (and he has citizenship case in progress), my kids are citizens (born in US).

Do I need to file some paper work in order to re-enter the country?

Many thanks in advance.
