Confused Legalizing My Beloved Spouse

Hello, my name is Eric (American Citizen) and I've been married to my wife for one year now. She is a Mexican citizen, but has been here on a visitor visa since 1999 and has also been married here once before to a legal resident of the US and has given birth to two children here in the US. She's lived a clean law abiding life since entering the US and I'm trying to get perm residency for her, so she can legally work here, but the fees are astronomical and the waiting time is ridiculous. How can I get some action for her in the quickest, most economical way?????? PLEASE HELP!!

Thumbs Up Re: Legalizing My Beloved Spouse

Thank you very much and I will consult the info you provided me with. Our goal is to get the permission granted so my spouse can legally work here and be able to establish and build positive credit with a new SS#.

Then the ultimate goal of my wife becoming a US Citizen, with the ability to travel to and from Mexico to visit her family without any problems.

Thank you and I'll consult with you very soon.

Eric

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
