under current law can i get my soon to be husband a green card?
i have been told by a lawyer that it is possible to get my boyfriend a green card,but also some people have told me that under current law there is now legal way for him to get legal.he came illegally without inspection at 13 he is now 22.we have a child together.no one has petitioned for him yet.he does have a juvenille criminal past.but no felonies.how easy will it be to get him legal?how long?does he have to go back to Mexico while his papers are being processed?thank you for any help you can provide.

The possible amnesty or other bills in Congress may allow it eventually--especially if a Democrat is elected to the White House.
