I m from Peru. (born, 22 Feb, 1979) My biological father is American, but i don't have his name in my birth certificate.
My questions are: Do i have the right, or is there a way to obtain American citizenship or American passport? (being that I am over 18 years old?) (e.g: through a DNA test to prove father and son affiliation?) Is my biological father obligated to do a DNA test? or is it up to his good will? Thank you very much |
