Confused Marriage / immigration issue

I am a British citizen, I came to the US on a holiday to stay with some
friends, while here I fell in love with and married.
I have been married and in the US for around 4 years now, however due to
financial issues we have not been able to file for my immigration.
My wife got pregnant earlier this year and we were happy, however 3months
ago she had a miscarriage, since then our marriage has been struggling and
slowly getting worse, to the point I am considering divorce.
Is there any way that I could become legal in the US after I have had a
divorce? could you please help with my options?

Thank you

Unhappy Re: Marriage / immigration issue

Also please let me explain something else, I haven't just decided that it is hard after the miscarriage, my wife has borderline personality disorder and I have been struggling for a while now, but since the miscarriage things have become allot worse and I do not think I can take it much longer.

Default Re: Marriage / immigration issue

Not necessarily from the marriage,
but all of the other work visas and related options may still be available for you.
Make sure you have immigration lawyers involved.
