citizenship
My father is a US citizen from March 12, 1941 to the present, excluding the period of non-citizenship from March 12 1967. till January 28, 2005.He was born in montenegro-Europe I was born in January 15, 1967.in Montenegro too. He is US resident from 2005. to the present. Can I get US citizenship through the "Birth to US Citizen parent(s)."
