Default Marriage

Me and my fiancee have been together for five years I want to live in Nigeria permanently with intentions of never returning. She is a Nigerian citizen. I want to know if I am married to her there if I can stay. If not I want to know the best visa to get for that purpose.

You can eventually yes. You still need governent approval and permanent residency permission. But you will get it.
