I have been US Permanent Resident since 1995. From 1995 to 1999, I have been visiting US every 2 years and then going back to my home country. From 1999 to 2001, I was in US. Then in 2001, I went back to my country to finish my education. I visited US once more in 2003. Finally I came to US in 2004 and since then I am in US i.e for Three years with no trip more than 6 months.
My question is: Do those two years 1999 to 2001 contribute to my qualifying continuous residence? Please let me know if I am eligible to apply for Naturalization now. Thank you --Confused |
