hello i-130 approved but there is a prob
hello everyone
my i-130 got approved two weeks back i am waiting for choice of agent form now in my form g-325a i had written my earlier father as late but i donot have any evidence because before he died my mom had divorced him now my question lies that in all my certificates n passport and all he is not mentioned late coz we didnt had any evidence will i have probs now what should i mention in ds-230 form pls help me, kindest regards, mala |

gather up whatever ebidence you now have and if an issue arises you can show what happened and the timing etc., and you should be okay
