Confused Denied Naturalization section: 316(A) Now what do I do ?

I need help what can I do I was interviewed on oct.28,2009 and got a letter stateing that i was denied in accordance with title 8 code oh FRS.

Reason :POOR MORAL CHARACTER (FALSE TESTIMONY,LYING )
CFR8 Referanceart 316 general requirements for naturalization
section 316.10 good moral character.

I was arrested in march12 2002 & nov232004
for my second charge in 2004 i got 2 days in jail & 180day probation and I didt know that they could count those days in to the 5year clean record thing that you need so I dont know if i should reapply for the N-400 or send the n-336 ? dose any one have any help ?

Other parts of my letter I got said this :

You have failed to demonstrate good moral character during the statutory period. You are at this time ineligible for naturalization. Your application for naturalization to become a citizen of the United States must be, and is hereby, denied.

If you decide to request a review hearing on this decision pursuant to Section 336(a) of the Act, you must file a request for a hearing within 30 days of the date of this notice (33 days if this notice was received by mail).

This decision is final if no request for hearing is filed within the time allowed. A request for a hearing may be made to the Field Office Director of the Citizenship and Immigration Services at the above address on Form N-336 (enclosed), Request for Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceeding, under Section 336 of the Act, together with a fee of $605.00. A brief or other written statement in support of your request may be submitted with the Request for Hearing.

Get a good immigration lawyer and prepare well for a hearing.

You still can argue the issue.

Contact a local immigration lawyer or contact World Law at info @ worldlawdirect. com
if need be and see if they can assign a lawyer to help pro bono or low cost etc.
