Lightbulb Disordely Conduct Disposition NY
In 1997 I was arrested for possesion on the 7th, Disordely Conduct Disposition with 1 year
Conditional Discharge plus 2 days comminity service, for immigration which one count the
arrest or the conviction?, that is my first and only offense, can I aply for citizenship without any
problem?, I been traveling oversea for the past 12 years without any problem but now that LPR
been fingerprints at airports that will create a problem in my case?
