Default No Identity

Currently, I am in Arizona.

Google brought me here because of this thread: Birth Abroad US Citizenship

Which, unfortunately, is almost the same as my situation, with the exception that mine may be even more complicated.
I will try to keep this as simple as I can.

My father was in the United States Army Security Agency, Field Station Berlin.
Which, only recently, has been declassified.
It is still unclear of my mothers role in Berlin, so let's say she was there as a civilian contractor.
Both of whom are American born United States citizens.

In 1977, I was born in an army hospital, though it is unclear of which one (they were not named)

With the exception of my entry into the United States, I have never used (or had need of) a passport.
This was never updated after 1978.

More than ten years ago, my mother found out that she was adopted, and so, changed her name to her birth name.

Sometime back, I lost everything.
Drivers License, SS card, Birth Cert, Naturalization papers, and Consular Report of Birth Abroad.
(It's a long story, but I did say everything)

I have no criminal record, nor have I held a legal job in over five years. (because of the obvious)

I have been arrested once, since I lost my identity.

So, in essence, the only "proof" that I exist is a copy of the arrest (for "camping") and the mugshot.

Now, I have tried, repeatedly, and failed at recovering my identity, and with it, my life.

My father is uncooperative in these matters (when I was a child, I was the key to sending him to prison, so....yeah.)
And, because of my mothers name change, she cannot help.

Yes, I realize as I proofread this for errors, that my predicament appears to be a work of fiction.
I assure you, that it is as real as I am.

I would appreciate any help that can be thrown my way.
Thank you kindly in advance.

Patiently anticipating advice better than "Good luck with that"....
