Can I just marry my girlfriend from Sweden who is here in a tourist visa. Or do I need some other procedure/visa fro her? I am a US citizen?

Its nice that you are marrying a foreigner.
ofcourse you can marry your girlfriend. its better you go to court and ask to lawer. who can suggest you better what you should do. |
