N-400 Denied

Hi to all
I applied for my citizenship in April 2007 after 6 months i was called for the fingerprinting which i finished.
A few months later i was scheduled for the interview which i attended and passed. Was told to submit marriage documentation which i submitted with verification that it they were received.
I kept calling and every time i received the same response that the case is pending and will get the response soon.
Eventually after 9 months i talked to a supervisor who researched and told me a denial notice was sent and if i didn't get it i can request the notice to be resent.
Eventually i received a letter that the denial notice was sent to another address than the one i provided. Since then i am being sent from department to department till eventually i got the freedom of Act dept who are processing the denial notice likely to take 6 months to get it.
I need help on what to do next Please???

I would at this point get immigration counsel involved ASAP; they can navigate this better and resolve it.

You did not state WHY they denied or INTEND to Deny you. Do you have a criminal history? and if so what kind?

Also did you file N400 because you are married to a Citizen and it has been 3 years or you filed because you have been an immigrant for 5 years?
