i been in the u.s cince 1993

my parents came to the united states in 1991 unfortunately they did not take the advantages we had before.. im 26 now i never been back to mexico my mom remarried (a u.s citizen) i was 21 at the time.. my lil sister was 18 she got lucky and got the chance to become a resident cuz my mothers husband claimed her.. i was to old and i had already graduated high school and working illegally at the time.. (i had a partial schooler ship lined up but couldn't go to collage cuz im illegal..) and to make it even worse when i was a senior in high school i got charged with a graffiti felony (ONLY IN TEXAS)!! i served a week in jail and 2 years of probation (i didnt get deported) buti have before tho.. i came right back that same day!.. is there anything i can do!? i was thinking of going back to Mexico but i dont have anyone over there.. i wouldn't know what to do over in Mexico like i said i was raised here in the u.s!!

You might wait to see if the new administration in Washington is going to deal with the issue of long term out of status or illegal residents.

There are proposals to make some kind of resolution.
