naturalization / incarcerated US citizen husband
I just got approved for removal of conditions and would like to apply for naturalization. I am eligible if my husband (US citizen) is incarcerated (since december 2008) ? Do I have to wait until I receive the green card to apply ?

did you aplly for your green card before he got incarcerated? my i-130 was sent off the week after he got incarcerated and i dont know if it'll be approved
