I've been informed that while waiting for the form I-129F to process my fiance may be denied access to the U.S. from Canada because customs may get the impression that her actual motive is to come here, marry and then stay. This is of course not the case.
The app could take up to 6 months to process. My question is then are there specific docs that can be presented to customs that insures them that she will in fact return to Canada while we await the paperwork to be approved. The alternative is not being able to see her during this 6 month period. |
