Default General Questions Filing out the Forms

Hello.

I am filling out the forms for my husband and I have a few questions.

1. Should we fill out all the forms for his name and address using Turkish characters or strictly English characters?

2. My husbands first name contains two separate words (for example John Joyce). Then his surname. He has no middle name, should we fill out the forms with the two first names as first name or split it and put them as a first name and middle name?

3. Is it true that if you send the I-765 (employment authorization) form with the I-485 (adjust status) at the same time that you do NOT have to pay the $340 I-765 fee?

4. Do you send all the forms to the same address? It seems to point that way in the instructions on all the forms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!
