Unhappy domestic violence and immigration

I was arrested for a domestic battery in 4/2002,my girl friend did not press charges and state attorney asked me to go to an anger management program, which I completed,I applied for N400in aug 2007 and had my interview, the officer told me that I passed history and english test but needed to see the police records, I mailed the forms to USCIS and waiting for final decision in panic state I had no other records and the results of my case was dissmissed, what is my chance of denial?

You should not be denied for those issues!

Especially if no charges were brought.

Confused Re: domestic violence and immigration

Hey please keep me posted on your situation. My situation is exactly the same as yours! With one exception, I sent in my arrest report and case status with my n400 application December 08. My domestic case was dropped. But I am still very concerned, because this may qualify as not maintaining good moral character?

Plus I stayed outside the us for 7 months in 2006. I should be ok with this because two years has passed since I violated.

Any comments????
