I was arrested for a domestic battery in 4/2002,my girl friend did not press
charges and state attorney asked me to go to an anger management program, which I completed,I applied for N400in aug 2007 and had my interview ,the officer told me that I passed history and english test but needed to see the police records ,I mailed the forms to USCIS and waiting for final decision in panic state I had no other records and the results of my case was dissmissed, what is my chance of denial? |

You should not be denied for those issues!
Especially if no charges were brought. |
