sister needs help
hello, I am currently living in New Jersey and my problem concerns my half sister who is in the Phil. her father is an american so I suppose she too is an american citizen by birth I want to help her come to the U.S she is married and 37 years old. I got to talk to her dad and he sounds cooperative. Please advice me on how, I can help my sister.
