I was born in 1944 my mother was English & my Father a us army Sargent
after a long search i found him in south carolina We formed a great relationship and understanding with each other over a short period of time.We had a DNA Test done and it came back at 99.9% positive. After which time he made me power of attorney over his estate. . His last wish before he died was that i get my US Citizenship , I have been told that i am already a US Citizen by birth,is this correct. If not where do i go from hear.
