SSN, Green card, LPR
Is it possible for one to NOT be a 'legal' permanent resident or a USC but has a state ID and an SSN?
Can you be a permanent resident with NO green card when you enter the country at age 2? Basically if you have no GC it means you ARE NOT an LPR? am i right i am very confused. please advise. thansk |
