what must be refinance in texas?

we have a home mortgage loan we would like to refinance...we also have a home improvement loan but we DO NOT want to refinance that loan. because of the Home equity refinance laws in texas *80%***we want to put our car loan and CC debt in the refinance instead of the home improvement. Can we do this...and just continue to pay the home improvment loan seperately?

You can use proceeds however you wish if the lender agrees...if that is what you are asking.

A Mortgage Brokering is only done by an individual, associate or an independent and they should be regulated certified, well trained, and licensed. They should be accepted officially as a mortgage practitioner of a qualified mortgage agent.
