Need help in stopping Foreclosure

I bought two parcels of land from Land Auction, one in Florida and one in Saratoga. I had a mortgage on the land in Florida for $18,000+ with interest and a mortgage on the land in Saratoga for $13,000+.

I had paid several mortgage payments and had started to advertise the Florida land for sale but before I sold it I wanted to be sure so I called the Dept of zoning and found out that the property was weetlands. It's value was $2,300. I am being foreclosed on in the Florida court.

I am in New York was served in New York and I would like to answer and counter sue these people for selling me this land for $!8.000 as well as stop the case since I cannot attend the hearing.

Please help me I need advice as to what I should do.
