I just purchased a condo in July. The upstairs neighbors are disrespectful about noisy activities at strange hours of the night. I also suspect some illegal behaviors.
My question is, if the condo management does not help with this situation (they've already been told about it once from several occupants), then can I ask them to buy it back?? I don't think I'd be able to sell it with these noisy people around. Any advice or direction to something I can read would be appreciated! |

Normally no.
But you can also call local police to check the noise and provide a warning. That may have some affect. |
