Hi,
I bought a single family home in NC in July 2007. At the time of buying this house I informed the lenders that my visa validity is only till Nov 2008. The lender went ahead and got me the loan. In Jun, the GC priority dates were made current but then were revoked. Now I am in a fix as my L1 Visa is ending in Nov 2008 and I cannot file my GC as the priority dates are not current and my application is in labor filing status. In case I do not get my GC, I have to return back to my home country. Keeping in view the current Real Estate trend, I may not be able to sell my house quickly - pls let me know what are my options. |

You can have a reputable realtor and/or lawyer etc. with a power of attorney sell it for you, if that is what you meean.
