Exclamation Clean Title?

I did a title search on a property to find out about any liens on it. It came back with two. One was a document called \"Request for Notice of Foreclosure under Any Superior Liens or Deeds of Trust\" This document states: \"A request is hereby made that a copy of any Notice of SAle under the Deed of Trust recorded on...first mortgage...executed by ..borrower... as Trustor, in which State Employees Credit Union is named as beneficiary, and ..x.. as Trustee, be mailed to Ocwen Loan Servicing. Then the second lien was about the second mortgage and it was a document called \"Appointment of Substitute Trustee\" which provides a substitute trustee (with Ocwen Loan servicing as servicer on behalf of Trustee) for the second mortgage. My question is, which mortgage is being foreclosed? I do not want the second one to be the one foreclosing and then the superior lien (the first loan) to still be due after the auction.

Default Re: Clean Title?

You really should have a title company do a review and issue an opinion.
Don't rely on guessing whether here or somewhere else.

The title review will be inexpensive normally.
