in New York,
"If one had error of the court or meritorious basis to challenge the standing of the foreclosing party or jurisdiction of the court to bringing the action or for the court to order the sale how would one bring it at this stage of the case? Or what would it be called?" that is my question if any one knows please respond ASAP |
