Question Lessee in Foreclosed Property

I am a tenant in a property that was forclosed on in GA. I was trying to purchase the property from the previous owner before the foreclosure but we unable to get the necessary docs from the previous lender. I was contacted by the attorney representing the new lender and he referred me to the assigned agent. I explained that we had and have approval documents from our bank with contact information, but she says the properrty has to be vacated before any purchase can take place. What are my rights?

You don't have to leave in some cases if you have a valid lease. Have you been paying rent? Have they notified you to vacate?

The lender could try to evict you but see if they will work out something

They may be happy to sell to you.
