Foreclosure
If you are foreclosed on, how long after you are late on a payment do they foreclose and how long after that do you have to remove your property from the home?

It varies by state but can happen in a couple of weeks after you receive notice of the foreclosure.

I am in NC and the finance company will not refinance and the variable interest rate is going up. We have had a reduction of income and are not going to be able to make the payments. Just trying to figure out what is going to happen.
