Confused lots of problems

hi, in this moment we, me and my wife, a mortgage on a house in portugal that we dont pay at 16 months, the always say that we cannot sell the house before the 5 years and we cannot have arrears to sell. now in the u.k. the benefits people has cut us our income-based jobseekers alowance because of that propriety, and now the bank has say to us why we do not sell the house and we have a court action. our question is: what is a court action? i have to come back to portugal, even if we dont have money to? and what could happen from now?

Default Re: lots of problems

They may ask the court to take action and take it from you. You need to either be there to see what is happening or have legal counsel be there for you.
